Well we couldn’t resist having one of Finn’s 1st litter now could we…?

Ava settled into the fold like a dream – immediately endearing herself to her granny Posh.

She had an amazing start to her show career at NEWS breed championship show she won BPIS & the RBCC. She was RBPIS at the WCGB open show and won many BP’s BOB’s & group placings at other open shows.

Some recent results:

• Gundog Group 1 at Southern Counties 2010
• BCC at Crufts 2009
• Leeds '08 - RCC
• Welsh Kennel Club '08 - BCC, Best of Breed, and shortlisted to last 8 in the
  Gundog Group

Being well pleased with Ava we decided to reverse the mating that produced her. Ruby’s parents are littermates to Ava’s.

Ruby is our 1st shorthaired undocked Weim. Thankfully she carries her tail perfectly and because she knocks about with a pair of Pointer pups her tail isn’t the sore thumb we might have feared. She’s slotted in beautifully to the fold running with the adults & rolling with Dudley & Madge.

Ruby has been to a few shows and done very well:

• RCC Weimaraner Association Championship Show
• Weimaraner Association Championship show - 1st Puppy Bitch 1st Novice Bitch, Best Puppy in Show
• East Anglia Gundog - Best puppy in breed and group 4
• Suffolk County Show - Best puppy in breed and group 2
• SKC Championship show - 1st puppy bitch
• Southern Counties Championship show - 1st puppy bitch & Best Puppy in breed.
• Windsor Championship show - 1st puppy bitch
• South Wales Championship show - 1st puppy bitch & Best Puppy in breed
• Having won all her classes at championship shows so far with 3 Best Puppy in breed awards Ruby leads the Our Dogs / Pedigree top puppy competition as of 7th July '08.
• Leeds '08 - 1st Puppy Bitch
• National Gundog '08 - 1st Puppy Bitch , Best Puppy In Breed
• Welsh Kennel Club '08 - 1st Junior Bitch
